Delivery & Returns

Delivery

1. Most deliveries can be made within 7 days but please allow up to 28 days. In the event of unforeseen circumstances which delay your delivery, we will inform you accordingly. We cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

2. We can only accept orders from a UK billing address and can not accept overseas orders online. We are happy to accept overseas orders by phone provided that you arrange your own courier/shipping – please contact us to discuss this.

3. We can only accept online orders for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom in England, Wales and Scotland excluding its Highlands and Islands. The following areas incur a postal surcharge not reflected in our online postage prices, and for delivery to these areas, please contact us to order and arrange delivery:

- Highlands & Islands of Scotland: Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

- Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly: Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25

- Channel Islands

4. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have specified. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect, or if your goods are signed for by another party.

5. Items will be delivered by Royal Mail or ParcelForce courier (although we reserve the right to use alternative means if considered appropriate). You will be required to sign for the receipt of your delivery. Therefore please ensure that someone is normally at the address to which you have requested your products be sent during working hours.

6. If the delivery address refuses delivery of the goods, or if you do not respond to any collection card that is left, your order will be returned to the sender and you will be charged for the return of the order.

7. The delivery charge for postage and packing is based on your total order amount. The charge is £5 for orders up to £35, and £7.50 for normal orders above £35. Very heavy or bulky orders may incur a higher charge - if this applies to your order you will be notified before your order is processed. Charges are per order per UK delivery address.

8. Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment, including delivery charges.

9. Once the goods have been despatched by us, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.

10. These terms and conditions do not apply once items are removed from mainland UK.

Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel your order at any time before your order has begun to be processed. If your order has been or is being processed, please follow the procedure below.

In the rare event that an item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

If for any other reason you are unhappy with an item, please notify us immediately and return the goods within 7 days and we will issue a full refund.

This is subject to the following conditions:

1. You are responsible for returning the item to us by post (we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting).
2. You will be responsible for the costs of return (unless the item is faulty).
3. The item must be unused, in its original condition and returned with its packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the card which was used to place the order once we have received the item back. Please note that we will not refund the initial delivery charges except if the item is being returned due to damage or a fault.
